On-Line Gemboree
Exhibit Guidelines ~ Page Design
- On-Line Time Frames
- Summer Term - Starts with the Spring Gemboree Show and ends with the Fall Gemboree Show
- Winter Term - Starts with the Fall Gemboree Show and ends with the Spring Gemboree Show
- Page Updates must be submitted within 2 weeks of the end of the Gemboree using the online submission forms and links contained on those specific pages. Files and communications made outside of the submission forms will not be acted upon. Page Updates will be made shortly thereafter online and usually within 5 business days.
- NOTE: SLC reserves the right to end the online program at any time for any reason without advance notice. Should there be no Gemboree to mark time the President of the Summit Lapidary Club will determine the appropriate renewal time that should not be less than 6 months of time.
- Cost
- IF you are a current Exhibitor at the Spring or Fall Gemboree then your cost is $25 per term.
- If you are a member of the club then you can have a Exhibiton Page for $20 per term.
- If you don't participate in the Spring or Fall Event at Emido Brothers Party Center then your cost is $100 per term.
- Renewals: Should there be no changes in your exhibit page that is fine however you will still be responsible for the complete cost of the exhibit space for the new term.
- NOTE: If for some reason an exhibitor elects to participate mid term the cost will be the same and will not be prorated.
- Edits and Changes
- Once a page is created and posted and approved by the exhibitor it will remain in place without editing by the exhibitor for the entire term.
- Minor/essential edits (phone number changes, web and email address changes) will be made but the appropriate email address for essential edits must be used. The WebDesigner has complete authority with regard to non-scheduled edits
